Before use, check the mechanical and electrical parts of the equipment to ensure that the wire rope, hook, limiter, etc., are intact, there is no electrical leakage in the electrical parts, and the grounding device is in good condition. The electric hoist should be equipped with a buffer, and baffles should be installed at both ends of the track.

The electric hoist should be equipped with a buffer, and baffles should be installed at both ends of the track.
When starting to lift heavy objects, stop lifting at a certain height above the ground to check the braking condition of the electric hoist. Only after confirming it is in good condition can formal operation begin.
Prevent collisions strictly; the lifted objects should be securely tied. When the electric hoist is moving with a load, the load should not be lifted too high off the ground. Do not suspend heavy objects in the air during work breaks.
If abnormal conditions such as strange odors or high temperatures occur during electric hoist operation, stop the machine immediately for inspection. Only continue use after troubleshooting.
When using the suspended cable electrical control switch, insulation should be good and sliding should be smooth. There should be enough space behind the operator's standing position, and the control buttons should be operated correctly.
If the load slips uncontrollably during lifting due to a malfunction, emergency measures must be taken to lower the load to an unoccupied area.
When braking at the rated load, the downward displacement of the electric hoist should not exceed the specified value; otherwise, oil stains should be cleaned or the brake ring replaced.
After work is completed, the hoist should be parked in the designated position with the hook raised, power cut off, and the switch box locked.
